Question about spoon bread.??
Until recentently, there was a "Washington " spoon bread mix in the local store. You added water and eggs.. This "substitute" mix calls for scalded milk, other steps. I hope someone has a simple recipe. My old Mom loves that stuff. Our baby has always been a picky eater. We were never were able to feed him from spoon. All we've been able to consisently feed him are hot dogs, sliced ham or roast beef, eggs, bread, and luckily bananas. No veggies whatsoever. Are we worrying too much?
